JUNETEENTH — "The Long Lens of Freedom"

B@M JUNETEENTH — THE LONG LENS OF FREEDOM

ENVISIONING EQUALITY.

After two centuries in chains, our ancestors’ vision of freedom was finally realized on June 19, 1865.

Through the years, we’ve inherited that vision, standing proud as the legacy of those who fought, those who died, and those who overcame.

For Juneteenth 2023, my friends and I at Black@MullenLowe U.S. invited everyone to see #Juneteenth through our eyes in a visual love letter to our ancestors, originally penned by Frederick Douglass, that we've called
"The Long Lens of Freedom."

It's our reminder that the day is not performative, political, or pretend — to us, it’s priceless. 🖤
